Sung H. Shin

Sung Shin is a real estate lawyer with over 20 years of experience handling acquisitions, disposition, workouts, land use, construction, REIT, and investment structuring transactions. He was previously Of Counsel with the law firms of Lim, Ruger and Kim, Greenberg Traurig, and Battle Fowler.

Mr. Shin is a graduate of Columbia Law School and received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He is fluent in Korean and has served as editor of, and published articles in, various bar and trade journals and newsletters.
