Anthony Ching

Anthony Ching is a seasoned lawyer with over 30 years of domestic and international experience as major law firm partner, General Counsel, and business executive in representing Fortune 500 and major Asian companies. He was a former partner with the law firms of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, Graham and James and McKenna, Connor & Cuneo. He has served as General Counsel for the $1.4B-plus joint venture between China’s leading telecom manufacturer Huawei Technology and Symantec, as well as the U.S. subsidiary of TSMC, the world’s largest contract computer chip manufacturer. In addition, he was the former President of HuaweiSymantec USA.

Mr. Ching’s practice focuses on complex commercial, class action, environmental, and product liability litigation, regulatory compliance, internal investigation and corporate governance matters, SEC investigation, China joint ventures, cross-border business and technology transactions, and insurance coverage.

Mr. Ching is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and is admitted to practice in California and New York. He is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry and professional conferences, and has guest lectured at University of California Davis Law School, University of Houston Law School, and Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management.
